MADE TO ORDER:
1-2 Weeks Production Time
Please allow this time for your jewelry to be handmade before it is shipped out to you. Production Time does not include Shipping Time.

READY TO SHIP:
Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days
Please allow this time for your jewelry to be polished and packaged carefully, by hand. Processing Time does not include Shipping Time.

*If you place an order that contains both "Ready to Ship" & "Made to Order" items your order will be shipped out once all of your jewelry is ready.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES + REPAIRS

CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER - You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES- Both returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
