SHIPPING POLICY

MADE TO ORDER:
1-2 Weeks Production Time
Please allow this time for your jewelry to be handmade before it is shipped out to you. Production Time does not include Shipping Time.

READY TO SHIP:
Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days
Please allow this time for your jewelry to be polished and packaged carefully, by hand. Processing Time does not include Shipping Time.

*If you place an order that contains both "Ready to Ship" & "Made to Order" items your order will be shipped out once all of your jewelry is ready.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES + REPAIRS

CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER - You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES- Both returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping cost. Refund will be issued back the same way it was applied in 1-2 business days.
